Description
St. Mary’s Ranger Station was built in 1913, three years before the National Park Service was established. This cabin, nestled among a stand of Aspens ablaze with fall color, is an early example of what eventually became known as National Park Service Rustic style. No longer an active ranger station, this cabin is recognized on the National Register of Historic Places
